X has launched XChat on iOS, a standalone messaging app aimed at expanding its ecosystem and competing with established chat platforms through privacy-focused features and social integration.
X’s new app promises private chats, disappearing messages, audio and video calls, and more.
The XChat will enable end-to-end encrypted messaging and will be available for iPhone users on April 17, with support for over 45 languages.
